Voto Latino
Project 2050 first developed public service announcements (PSAs) utilizing top-tier Latino celebrities to help the Voto Latino non-profit organization mobilize young Latinos to register and vote in both presidential and local elections. The PSAs let them know that the United States is their country too, and they have the right and the duty to vote for their elected representatives.
Along with the PSAs, Project 2050 produced the high profile and celebrity studded Voto Latino First Anniversary Event held at the Giorgio Armani flagship boutique in New York City. It featured a VIP dinner, prepared by world-renowned chef Shea Gallon and performances by powerhouse DJ Bobbito Garcia.
Through Project 2050, Voto Latino has registered over 100,000+ young Latinos nationwide – strengthening, educating and empowering their political voice.
